Who knew that I when I went to bed on Sunday, August 30th 2009, I would meet Cooper the very next day. My water broke that night around 11 pm and when I finally calmed Byron down, we headed to UCLA for an event-filled night and morning.
I had my epidural placed at 3 am, and by 9 am I was ready to start pushing. Unfortunately, after 3 hours of pushing/having my epidural turned off so I could "feel" the contractions/pitocin started, Cooper still hadn't made his way into the birth canal and started to have difficulties tolerating labor.
